About STEM Group
STEM Group is a group of engineers who genuinely like this work: designing networks, building platforms, writing software and keeping systems running. The company started in 2024 and its India team is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, and it's built around one simple idea: if we give you a date, we hit it.
Everyone on a STEM Group project is there to do the work. Our team includes cloud and network architects, two of them CCIE-certified, alongside security engineers, software developers and enterprise systems consultants. They chose this work because they enjoy solving hard technical problems, and it shows in how carefully they build and document what they deliver.
Passionate engineers can lose track of the clock, so our project managers keep it. They plan the work, protect the schedule, flag risks early and keep you updated, so the engineers can stay focused on the build and you always know where things stand.
Prem Mohan Mekala, our CEO, treats every date we give a customer as a promise. Go-live dates, cutover windows, maintenance windows and reporting deadlines all get planned backwards from the day they're due, and he expects the team never to miss one. If something threatens a date, you'll hear about it early, with a plan, rather than on the day.
Dates are commitments
A date in a STEM Group plan is a promise, not an estimate.
